In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your order, please send an email to email@example.com
with your order number
and reason for returning
within 7 days of receiving your item.
Once your email has been received, we will provide you with a returns reference.
To accept a return, the product must be unused and in a resellable condition. The item should be returned with a courier of your choice, securely packaged for transit. Return deliveries of an unwanted item must be paid for by the customer.
We cannot be held liable for any items that are returned to us and found to be damaged on inspection. In this instance, we will be unable to process refunds or offer alternatives / replacements.
